At SkyScan we want your shopping experience to be excellent. As such we will try to help resolve any issues you have with the products in a timely fashion.

Unwanted Goods
Refunds, exchanges and returns may only be made within 15 DAYS of us receiving the merchandise. You must notify us in writing by email of your intent to return an unwanted purchase. EWS Pro and Field Pro’s may not be returned without prior notification and at the sole discretion of SkyScan International. In order for a credit to be refunded, merchandise must be in new, unused and unworn condition. Should this not be the case then a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply. A 20% restocking fee will apply to returned merchandise in new, unused or unworn condition. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back to us in order to receive a less 20% refund of the purchase price. This condition and return policy ONLY applies to single purchase of Model P5 and quantity of one unit only.

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event of an item arriving in faulty or non-operating condition our customers should contact us for assistance and inform us of the issues with the product.

Faulty product may be returned only at the advice of SkyScan and with proof of a valid warranty within one year of purchase. Notify SkyScan at: [email protected] before returning product.
